Life gets in the way with much sadness, but life, and joy, continue on...

Hi to the world out there.

My partner and I had been working on getting Book 1 of Secret Service as cleaned up as we could. We thought we had it pretty cleaned up and asked a friend of my partner (Hi Jess!) to read it and get back to us to see what she thinks....still haven't heard back.

However, to put this into perspective, my partner and her family suffered a HUGE loss to their family as a member had died earlier this year. As writing is more of a hobby of ours, and the cleaning up of the books felt like more of a job, we had to stop everything to do with this and get over such a huge loss. Its really thrown us for a loop as it was so unexpected.

On to some happier news, I had thought the stories coming out of the Secret Service were done...and that's why we started to clean the books we had written up. However, Our fearless group, decided to continue on with their story and so....

Book 5 has started!

Yep you've read it right...there's another book to go along with Squid, Jen, Valerie, Mac, Alex, and Belle's books! Its still in the getting started area, but this one takes place at The Point -- West Point!

My partner, while being in the area of West Point, was going to go do some research on the ground, but didn't get the chance as family always comes first....just as it should.

So for now, my partners, I'll sign this off....

P.S. Please be aware Google is going to be doing some interesting things over the next week or so with Google + and I'm not sure how it will affect the look of this blog. However, I had a quick look today and found I should update the page...
